Ingredients

• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Amaretto
• 1 oz Southern Comfort

Mixing

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.
2. Pour in the pineapple juice, amaretto and southern comfort whiskey.
3. Cover and shake well until mixed.
4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Serve immediately.
