Ingredients

• 1 1/4 oz Rum
• 1 splash Pineapple Juice
• 1 splash Cream of Coconut
• 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
• Pineapple Wedge
• Maraschino

Mixing

1. Setup your blender.
2. Pour in the rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and vanilla ice cream.
3. Whisk until totally smooth.
4. Pour into chilled highball glass.
5. Garnish with a speared pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
6. Chill out!
