Ingredients

• 1 part Pineapple Juice
• 1 part Tia Maria
• 1 part Rum
• Maraschino Cherry

Mixing

1. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Pour in the pineapple juice, tia maria and rum.
3. Cover the cocktail shaker.
4. Shake vigorously to mix the ingredients.
5. Strain the liquid into a chilled coktail glass.
6. Garnish with a speared maraschino cherry.
7. Enjoy!
