Eye Opener Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 2 tsp Pernod
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Crème de Cacao
- 1 Egg Yolk
Mixing
- Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.
- Pour in the light run, triple sec, pernod, sugar, Crème de Cacao and egg yolk.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Serve chilled.
