East India Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Curaçao
- Dash Angostura Bitters
Mixing
- Partly fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in the Cgnac, pineapple juice, Curaçao and Angostura Bitters.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Decorate with an umbrella or flag.
