Banana Barbados Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Jamaican Rum
- 3/4 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
- 1/2 oz Crème De Banana
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- Splash of Sour Mix
Mixing
- Pour the Jamaican Run, Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, Crème De Banana, vanilla ice cream and sour mix into a blender.
- Whisk until totally smooth.
- Pour into a hurricane glass.
- Top with a little extra rum to taste before serving.
