Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Absinthe
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 Egg White
• 1 Lemon Twist

Mixing

1. Take a cocktail shaker and add some crushed ice.
2. Pour in the Absinthe, sugar and egg white.
3. Now shake well to mix the ingredients.
4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Add the lemon twist before serving.
